    My coaching is informed by developmental, systemic, transpersonal, and co-active coaching approaches. I combine the introspective focus of developmental coaching, which deepens clients' understanding of their own thinking, with embodied leadership practices with a strong emphasis on expanding presence and mindfulness. And, with teams and groups applying the holistic view of systemic coaching to address the interconnected dynamics within organizations.

    Alongside this, the co-active model enriches the process by fostering powerful client-coach partnerships, emphasizing transformation through collaboration and active engagement. This integrated approach enables me to support clients in realising their full potential, both as individuals and within their organisational systems.

    Year-Long Executive Transformation: Partnering with the top team for a year, we reinvent the cultural fabric and amplify team effectiveness. Hybrid of location based with online catch-ups.

    Team Walking Trails: Quarterly for two days. No agenda meeting in nature to deepen connection and stimulate imagination while walking and eating together. Designed to your specifications, this is a rare space for deep listening, looking within, time to heal, and rekindle shared passions as the team stewarding transformational change.

    Multi-Team: By bringing together multiple teams, we create a tapestry of connection and a unified commitment to collaborate, embodying the spirit of 'one team'.

    Six-Month Individual and Team Empowerment: reflective spaces over six months to a year, we unlock the immense human potential within each team member, fostering a shared, inclusive leadership style.
